​How Do I Place An Order?
Its very easy, all you do is reply to us via email or using the form and let us know the Car Parts that you are looking for, since we only do bulk or large quantities you need to start step by step:
1. Specify which Country or Region the vehicle is from. (Some cars may be imported from another country so please check the VIN or/and give us the VIN)
2. Specify which Part Numbers you require, we can check for you but will need your approval in writing that they are correct.
3. Specify The Quantities, 20 Pallets fit One 40foot Container (40TEU), parts will be palletised accordingly to their size and volume. If you want to pack it fully and palletise in your country, we may be able to load more items this way Maximum weight allowed is 25 Tons.
4. We will require a 30% deposit upon placing the order so that manufacturing can begin tooling and setup materials and the Lead Time is 30 Days from placing Order, balance 70% payable when the manufacturing is completed and the Loading up of the Container begins, our team will carry out the Quality Checks during the production and also upon loading so that all goods are safely transported. We can send you photos of each step. There is a small charge for this service.
Payment and Shipping

For your Safety and ours, Payments can be made via an Escrow account (Extra Cost 4.5%) or by other secure Financial method.
Once payment is received, normally by wire transfer, the Container will immediately be sent to the port for shipment to your Port. However, if you wish to use your own Shipping and Forwarding Agent, that is also fine with us, we will quote you FOB and can still carry out the Quality Checks and issue the report for that.
​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
All Payments will be by Wire Transfer, we accept Hong Kong Dollars HKD. Once the quotation is approved, we will issue an invoice and lock the Price with our terms and conditions, so 30% Deposit upon placing the order and 70% Balance once the Loading begins. There will be some flexibility on the production and shipping as certain Global events can cause delays in production and shipping, we will keep you informed of all happenings.

Returns & Refunds
Goods are sold direct from factory, therefore, are not wholesalers, So, Hynix Enterprises Limited will assist as follows, if, there is any damage caused during the shipping then your insurance should cover that, but, if any goods turn out to have a factory fault, please keep those aside in their original packaging and we will renew those in the next shipment.
